Usually, we'll approve your repair right away, so you can quickly book an engineer for a time that suits you. We take care of any costs directly with the repairer, so you don’t need to worry about any bills landing on the doormat.
You'll find your plan or policy number on your documents. It's usually located on the right-hand side. You may have received an email or SMS from LJ Domestic Insurance LTD. confirming your purchase which also contains your plan or policy number.
If you don’t have these to hand, you can view or download your policy documents online in My Account. If you don't have an account, it's easy to create one.
Our appliance policies include unlimited repairs, so you can book as many as you need. Plus, there are no extra costs for parts, labor, or call-outs. It's all included in your monthly plan.
We’ll cover the cost of repairs for accidental damage, and once your manufacturer’s guarantee has ended, breakdowns as well. You can request as many repairs as you need during the policy period. And if it can’t be fixed, we’ll provide a replacement model for free (installation and delivery costs may apply).
To book a repair under your policy, log in to your account. From there, select the appliance that needs fixing and use our booking form. We’ll ask for a few details about the fault, and then you can pick a day for the engineer's visit.
